Turning inward through the hips to find space, and let go.
On a spiritual level, this practice invites us into the wisdom of the Goddess through the gesture of inner turning. The Goddess is not only expansive, expressive, and radiant outwardly, but also profoundly rooted in her inner world. In this way, internal rotation becomes a metaphor for returning inward: listening, receiving, gestating, softening defenses, and contacting hidden strength. Rather than chasing form from the outside, we cultivate power from within.
In this Jivamukti Goddess Workshop, we'll bring devoted attention to this often-overlooked pathway. Through intelligent sequencing, strengthening practices, focused hip work, and exploratory asana, we'll investigate how internal rotation can stabilize and awaken the deeper structures of the body while creating the conditions for a more authentic, balanced opening.
This inner turning becomes a sacred act of listening, receiving, and reclaiming power from within.
